  1. John David Crow (1935-2015)

John David Crow won the Heisman Trophy in 1957 at Texas A&M and was drafted by the Chicago Cardinals in 1958 as the second pick in the draft. Crow was destined for the Pro Football Hall of Fame until injuries got in the way. Crow’s best season with the Big Red was in 1960 when he totaled over 1700 yards of offense with 11 TDs. After missing half of the 1961 season and all of the 1963 season, Crow was traded to the 49ers in 1965 where he had a few successful seasons. He finished his career with almost 8700 yards of rushing/receiving yards, 800 passing yards, and 78 TDs. Crow passed away in 2015.
